- Provide technical support for network infrastructure, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to LAN, WAN, and WiFi connectivity.

- Configure and integrate new network devices with existing infrastructure to ensure seamless operations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of recurring issues and implement effective solutions.

- Perform routine network maintenance activities including firmware upgrades, backups, and system monitoring.

- Provide desktop support to end-users and resolve hardware and software-related issues.

- Manage and troubleshoot firewall-related issues and ensure network security compliance.

- Hands-on experience with Linux environments and network administration.

- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple activities effectively.

- Willingness to travel across India as per business requirements.

- Desired Candidate Profile
- 8-10 years of experience in networking or related IT infrastructure roles.

- B.Tech/B.E. degree preferred.

- Solid knowledge of LAN/WAN, WiFi, Firewall, Linux, and network troubleshooting.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
