Were Hiring | Network Engineer – L2

Location: Mundra, Kutch – Gujarat (Port Location)

Experience: (4 Year)

Joining: Immediate Joiners Only (4 Days & 12 Hour working)

Key Responsibilities

Act as escalation point for unresolved L1 network issues

Troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, LAN/WAN, VPN, and wireless networks

Perform packet captures and log analysis

Monitor network performance and ensure high availability

Implement configuration changes and firmware/software updates

Assist in deployment of recent network devices

Configure VLANs, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), ACLs, QoS, NAT

Maintain network documentation, SOPs, and reports

Support network security controls and compliance requirements

Collaborate with L1, L3, vendors, and cross-functional IT teams

Participate in on-call support and maintenance windows

Required Skills & Tools

Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing & switching

Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar networking devices

Experience with monitoring tools: SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG

CLI proficiency; scripting knowledge (Python/Bash) is a plus

Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools
