- Configure, administer, and support F5 BIG-IP and/or Citrix NetScaler (ADC) solutions.
- Manage Load Balancing, SSL Offloading, DNS, and Application Delivery services.
- Perform troubleshooting and incident resolution for network and application connectivity issues.
- Implement and maintain high availability (HA) configurations.
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal availability of critical applications.
- Work with Network, Security, and Application teams during deployments and migrations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
Required Skills
- 6-8 years of IT experience with hands-on expertise in F5 BIG-IP and/or Citrix NetScaler ADC.
- Strong knowledge of LTM, GTM/DNS, SSL, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, and Load Balancing concepts.
- Experience in troubleshooting network and application delivery issues.
- Understanding of Firewall, Routing, Switching, and Security concepts.
- Experience working in enterprise production environments.
- Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
