We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Technical Consultant / Developer with 5+ years of relevant experience to design, develop, customize, integrate, and support NetSuite ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, NetSuite OpenAir, integrations, SQL Server, SuiteCommerce Advanced (SCA), reporting, and ERP administration . The role will also involve working with offshore development teams, consultants, business stakeholders, and QA teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript 2.1/2.2 .
- Develop and maintain Client Scripts, Scheduled Scripts, Suitelets, User Event Scripts, and other SuiteScript components .
- Design and implement business process automation using SuiteFlow .
- Support and automate Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Quote to Cash (Q2C) business processes.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust NetSuite integrations with external applications and systems using REST APIs and web services.
- Configure and support advanced NetSuite modules, including Fixed Asset Management (FAM) and General Accounting .
- Develop and maintain SuiteCommerce Advanced (SCA) web store templates, customizations, and functionality.
- Create Saved Searches, dashboards, KPIs, reports, and SOX-compliant reporting solutions .
- Perform complex data migrations, data cleansing, bulk updates, and imports using CSV Import and SQL Server .
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data analysis, validation, migration, and reporting requirements.
- Work with JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as Backbone.js for web and SCA customizations.
- Manage ERP administration, configuration, troubleshooting, enhancements,



and production support.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Work closely with offshore development teams and external consultants to coordinate development activities.
- Review technical deliverables and ensure adherence to development standards and quality requirements.
- Support UAT, defect resolution, deployment, and post-production stabilization .
- Prepare technical documentation, workflow diagrams, integration documentation, and deployment procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve NetSuite processes through automation and system optimization.

Required Skills Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field .
- 5+ years of relevant experience in NetSuite development, customization, administration, or technical consulting.
- Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP and NetSuite OpenAir .
- Strong expertise in SuiteScript 2.1/2.2 .
- Hands-on experience with Client Scripts, Scheduled Scripts, Suitelets, and User Event Scripts .
- Strong knowledge of SuiteFlow and NetSuite workflow automation .
- Experience with REST APIs, web services, and third-party integrations .
- Strong SQL Server knowledge with the ability to write complex SQL queries.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and JavaScript libraries/frameworks,



preferably Backbone.js .
- Experience with SuiteCommerce Advanced (SCA) is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Fixed Asset Management (FAM), General Accounting, and NetSuite financial processes .
- Experience with CSV imports, data migration, data transformation, and data validation .
- Experience with SOX-compliant reporting, Saved Searches, dashboards, and KPI tracking .
- Exposure to Appian BPM or similar low-code/BPM platforms .
- Familiarity with RF-SMART and DocuPeak is preferred.
- Experience using Microsoft Visio for workflow and process diagramming.
- Strong understanding of ERP administration, production support, troubleshooting, and system optimization .
- Experience working in enterprise or high-growth environments .
