Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Architect Manager – Design to manage architectural design activities and coordinate with consultants and project teams.

Key Responsibilities
Manage architectural design and development for projects.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, structural and MEP teams.
Review architectural drawings, layouts and design specifications.
Ensure timely completion of design deliverables.
Coordinate with site and project teams for smooth execution.
Resolve design and technical issues during project execution.
Ensure compliance with project standards and requirements.

Requirements
B.Arch degree from a recognized institute.
4+ years of relevant experience in real estate/construction.
Robust knowledge of architectural design and project coordination.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design tools.
Positive communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹400,000.34 - ₹800,000.12 per year
