Key Responsibilities
Plan and supervise daily production activities to achieve output targets.
Manage plastic injection moulding and assembly line operations.
Lead and develop production operators and supervisors.
Monitor productivity, machine utilization, and minimize downtime.
Ensure product quality by coordinating with the QA/QC team.
Implement process improvements to reduce rejection and improve efficiency.
Maintain production records, SOPs, and manufacturing documentation.
Support internal and external quality audits and ensure compliance.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Stores, and Planning for smooth operations.
Ensure workplace safety and 5S practices across the production floor.

Candidate Requirements
Experience: 5–8 years in production/manufacturing line operations.
Qualification: B.E. Mechanical / Plastic Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.




Experience in manufacturing is mandatory.
Solid knowledge of plastic injection moulding and assembly processes.
Proven experience in team handling and shop floor management.
Exposure to manufacturing and quality audits.
Experience in the plastic moulding industry is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
