Hiring: Assistant Manager - New Product Launch - Regulated Market We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our team and drive successful new product launches in regulated markets. Educational

Qualification - BTech/ B.E
B.Pharm / M.Pharm
MBA Experience - 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Demand Planning, Recent Product Launch (NPL), or Project Management for regulated markets.

Location: Zydus Corporate Park (ZCP), Ahmedabad Key Stakeholders: Market, PTC, IRA, CQA, QA, Manufacturing, and GDSO teams.

Key Responsibilities - Drive end-to-end execution of new product launches and ensure timely market introduction.
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless project management.
Lead material planning and manufacturing planning activities to support launch timelines.
Manage and monitor input material inventory accountability.
Conduct and drive weekly New Product Launch review meetings with stakeholders.
Support and drive the S&OP; process.




Generate procurement and manufacturing requirements in line with quality, regulatory, and manufacturing policies.
Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, trackers, and management presentations.
Proactively identify, manage, and escalate challenges to ensure timely resolution.
Participate actively in cross-functional initiatives and organizational projects.

Data-driven decision-making ability.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting.
Good understanding of technical and regulatory requirements related to new product projects.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
