About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive with AutoCAD knowledge who can understand customer requirements, prepare accurate drawings/layouts, communicate with clients, negotiate commercially, and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.

This is primarily a sales-oriented role, while AutoCAD/design skills will be an significant advantage for handling technical discussions and preparing customer drawings.

Key Responsibilities

Contact and communicate with new and existing clients.

Understand customer requirements, measurements, product specifications and site requirements.

Prepare AutoCAD drawings, layouts and quotations as per customer requirements.

Explain designs, products, specifications and pricing to customers.

Coordinate with the production/design team for technical feasibility.

Follow up with enquiries and maintain regular communication with clients.

Negotiate pricing, specifications and commercial terms.

Convert enquiries into confirmed orders.

Maintain proper records of leads, quotations, follow-ups and orders.

Coordinate with customers until order confirmation and handover to the execution team.





Develop strong and long-term relationships with customers.

Required Skills

Positive knowledge of AutoCAD 2D is preferred.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

Ability to understand technical drawings and measurements.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.

Ability to communicate professionally with clients.

Target-oriented and confident personality.

Experience in racking, steel fabrication, storage systems, interior/industrial products or similar industries will be an added advantage.

What We Are Looking For A person who is sales-driven, technically capable and confident enough to deal directly with customers.

Sales experience is more important than advanced AutoCAD expertise. However, candidates with good AutoCAD knowledge will be preferred.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20000+ per month, depending on experience and skill level, plus performance-based incentives.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
