Branch Manager / Territory Manager – Education & Immigration Sector

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in Education/Immigration/Visa Consulting sector preferred

Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate (Any stream)

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on experience)

About the Role

We are hiring a Branch Manager / Territory Manager to lead operations for our Education and Immigration vertical. The ideal candidate will have solid leadership skills, sector knowledge, and a proven track record of managing teams and driving business targets in the education/immigration consulting space.

Key Responsibilities
Manage overall branch operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning
Lead, mentor, and monitor performance of counselors and sales/admission teams
Drive student/client enrollment and visa application targets for the branch
Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and immigration partners
Monitor branch revenue, achieve monthly/quarterly business targets
Ensure high-quality client counseling and service standards across the team
Handle escalations and resolve client concerns effectively




Track competitor activity and market trends in the region
Coordinate with head office on reporting, compliance, and process adherence
Plan and execute local marketing/outreach activities to generate leads
Recruit, train, and onboard current team members as needed
Ensure all documentation, filings, and processes comply with company and legal standards

Requirements
Proven experience in a managerial role within education consulting, immigration, or visa services
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
Sound knowledge of visa processes, university admissions, or immigration regulations
Target-driven mindset with strong business acumen
Ability to independently manage branch P&L; and operations
Proficient in MS Office and CRM/branch management tools
