Job Summary:

We are looking for a Experience, responsible and proactive Point of Contact (POC) who will act as the primary communication and coordination person between the company, employees, clients, vendors, and internal departments. The POC will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication, timely follow-ups, issue resolution, and proper coordination of assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Coordinate and communicate information between relevant teams.
Receive, track, and follow up on requests, issues, and pending tasks.
Ensure tasks are completed within the agreed timelines.
Maintain proper records of communications, requests, approvals, and follow-ups.
Identify issues and resolve routine matters independently.




Escalate significant or unresolved issues to the concerned manager/management.
Coordinate with other departments whenever required.
Provide regular updates on task status and pending matters.
Ensure that commitments made to employees, clients, or vendors are properly followed through.
Maintain confidentiality of company and employee/client information.
Support management in improving communication and coordination processes.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
