Job Responsibilities: /n /n Functional Requirements: /n /n
Responsible for assessing customers sourced by the Sales team in line with the credit policy, and determining deviations and exceptions.

/n
Handling credit underwriting of working capital / channel finance / term loans cases in the mapped region including visiting the customers.

/n
Ongoing monitoring of accounts, deferral tracking including tracking developments in the industry and the account to identify stress and work with the business teams / credit managers in devising appropriate mitigation strategies wherever needed.

/n
Functionally manage the branch credit team for prompt and quality credit processing, adhering to the credit policy and defined processes & providing necessary approvals in line with the credit policy.

Mentor and guide the credit manager for attainment of set targets, discipline, process compliance and adherence to company's rules and regulations.

/n /n /n Policy & Product Development: /n /n
Identify areas of improvement in the existing process of Credit underwriting,



Risk management & Operations & its implementation.

/n
Reviewing the Credit policies of other competitors to keep the Credit policy of the organization as per market standard, collecting the feedback on competitors’ policies & portfolio.

/n
Formulation of Credit policy within regulatory parameters & risk appetite of the organization.

/n
Ensure implementation & adherence of Credit policy through training of Sales, Credit & Operations team.

/n
Taking constant feedback from the team to explicit any bottlenecks, solving issues & ensuring least attrition in the location.

/n /n /n Portfolio Management: /n /n
Reviewing the portfolio monthly including analysis on the delinquent cases and suggest changes in current Credit policy.

/n
Managing the changes in Credit policy as per market requirement to maintain healthy portfolio quality.

/n
CA, CFA or MBA from Tier ½ institute. Prior work experience of upto 10 years in Credit Underwriting preferable in SME and Wholesale Credit.
