About the Role

We are hiring a Client Relationship Representative for our Mutual Fund Department to handle existing client servicing, mutual fund operations, portal work, and client coordination.

This is a stable, non-sales, office-based role suited for a responsible, professional and dependable person looking for a structured work environment and long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities
Handle service requests of existing mutual fund clients
Handle day-to-day mutual fund operations
Work on mutual fund portals and internal systems
Coordinate with clients through calls, email and WhatsApp
Handle documents, transactions, updates and follow-ups
Maintain accurate client records
Coordinate with internal teams for timely service
Ensure professional and timely client support

Ideal Candidate
1–3 years of experience in client servicing, operations, banking, finance or mutual funds
Good spoken and written English
Basic knowledge of Mutual Funds / Financial Markets




Basic computer knowledge — Email, MS Office, internet and portals
Positive client dealing and communication skills
Comfortable handling clients professionally and patiently
Detail-oriented, punctual and responsible
Candidates with operations / back-office / client servicing experience preferred

Mon–Fri: 8:50 AM – 5:30 PM

Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
