Business Development Executive (BDE) – IT Services

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with 3–4 years of experience in the IT/Software industry. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business prospects, generating qualified leads, building client relationships, and converting prospects into business.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate current business opportunities through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, Upwork, and other platforms.
Research and identify potential clients in international and domestic markets.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical/project teams to propose suitable solutions.
Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
Follow up with prospects regularly and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Monitor market trends, competitors,



and potential business prospects.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions using CRM/sales tools.

Requirements
3–4 years of relevant experience in IT/Software Services Business Development or IT Sales.
Strong understanding of IT services, software development, web/mobile applications, or related technology solutions.
Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closure.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
Experience working with international clients will be an advantage.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Good knowledge of LinkedIn and other lead-generation platforms.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
