Achieve monthly and annual vehicle sales targets for the dealership.
Manage, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
Set individual targets and track daily, weekly, and monthly performance.
Monitor leads, enquiries, follow-ups, test drives, bookings, and retail deliveries.
Ensure proper lead allocation and timely follow-up by the sales team.
Review sales funnel and identify prospects to improve conversion ratios.
Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance and coaching to Sales Consultants and Team Leaders.
Ensure proper customer handling throughout the sales process.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.
Coordinate with CRM, Finance & Insurance, Accessories, Service, and other departments for smooth vehicle delivery.
Ensure accurate documentation for bookings, invoicing, finance, insurance, and vehicle delivery.
Monitor cancellation, lost sales, pending bookings, and ageing leads.
Ensure adherence to company and OEM sales processes, policies, and standards.
Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of complaints.




Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
Drive customer satisfaction and improve customer retention and referral business.
Monitor showroom discipline, presentation, and overall sales team productivity.
Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of the sales team.

Education

Graduate in any discipline. MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage.
