Role & responsibilities
Generate recent business leads through calling, references, online research and field visits.
Contact schools, businesses, institutions and other potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT/software solutions.
Demonstrate software products to prospective clients.
Follow up with leads regularly through calls, WhatsApp and email.
Maintain lead and follow-up records in CRM/Excel.
Schedule product demos and client meetings.
Coordinate with the technical/product team whenever required.
Prepare quotations and follow up until closure.
Achieve monthly sales and lead-conversion targets.
Develop long-term relationships with customers.

Must Have
Good Hindi communication.
Basic English communication.
Valuable convincing and negotiation ability.




Comfortable making regular phone calls.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to learn IT products/software.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Candidate should be comfortable working from Noida office.
