Key Responsibilities-
Handle cash, payments, billing, and ticketing accurately.
Assist customers and resolve queries professionally.
Explain ticket rules, offers, and facilities clearly.
Handle refunds and report cash or billing discrepancies.
Maintain accurate cash and billing records.
Support customers during peak hours and heavy crowd flow.
Follow company policies and ticketing procedures.
Maintain proper grooming and skilled appearance.
Work versatile shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
Coordinate with the team for smooth ticketing operations.
