We are looking for a Billing & Contracts Engineer with 5–7 years of experience in post-contract management for residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage contractor billing, certification, and payment processing.
Handle post-contract administration, including variations, claims, and contract compliance.
Prepare and verify BOQs, rate analysis, and measurement sheets.
Coordinate with project, procurement, and finance teams for billing and contractual matters.
Monitor project costs and support cost control initiatives.




Maintain contract documentation and ensure timely closure of contractual obligations.

Requirements:
Solid expertise in post-contract activities.
Mandatory experience in residential construction projects.
Good understanding of BOQ, contract management, billing processes, and cost control

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
