About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our PCD Pharma business development team in Panchkula.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, connecting with potential pharma specialists, developing distributor/franchise partnerships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert leads for PCD Pharma Franchise / Pharma Marketing
Identify and connect with potential Pharma Franchise Associates, Distributors & Stockists
Handle business inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email and other channels
Explain company portfolio, monopoly rights, promotional support and business terms
Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective business partners
Follow up regularly with leads and convert prospects into business associates
Maintain lead records, follow-up schedules and daily activity reports




Achieve monthly business development and conversion targets
Coordinate with sales, marketing and operations teams

Candidate Profile
Experience: 1–3 years in Business Development / Sales / PCD Pharma preferred
Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confident in handling calls and follow-ups
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
Pharmaceutical/PCD Pharma experience will be an advantage
