Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the preschool.
Supervise teachers, support staff, and housekeeping.
Ensure classrooms, activities, artwork, and school setting are maintained professionally.
Handle parent communication, enquiries, admissions, fee follow-ups, and student records.
Monitor teacher performance and ensure lesson plans and activities are implemented properly.
Coordinate events, celebrations, activities, and promotional programs.
Follow up with prospective parents and support the admissions team.
Maintain discipline, punctuality, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Prepare daily/weekly reports for management.
Take responsibility for achieving admission and operational targets.
Must have good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Experience: 2+ years in preschool/school administration preferred.
Preschool Teacher
Handle Play Group, Nursery, LKG, or UKG classes.
Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities.
Teach through stories, rhymes, music, art, crafts, games, and hands-on activities.
Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
Ensure children’s safety, hygiene, and emotional well-being.




Maintain daily student records and communicate progress to parents.
Participate actively in school events, celebrations, decorations, and artwork.
Work closely with the coordinator/center head.
Be creative, energetic, patient, and caring towards children.
Qualification: Graduation / D.El.Ed / ECCE / Montessori training preferred.
Experience: Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.
Center Head

The Center Head should be responsible for the overall performance of the branch, including academics, staff management, parent satisfaction, admissions, fee collection, discipline, events, and daily operations.

Key targets
Increase admissions and enquiries.
Ensure excellent parent experience.
Improve classroom quality and school presentation.
Monitor staff attendance and performance.
Ensure teachers actively contribute to activities and artwork.
Maintain solid follow-up with prospective parents.
Report daily/weekly performance to management.
Take ownership of the center’s overall growth and reputation.

Pay: ₹8,263.49 - ₹29,122.91 per month
