Identify training needs through discussions, performance reviews, and business requirements.
Design and develop training programs, presentations, activities, and learning materials.
Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions.
Deliver training on communication, soft skills, career development, customer service, and process-related topics.
Create engaging presentations, exercises, role plays, assessments, and workshops.
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance results.
Maintain training records, attendance, reports, and documentation.
Work with managers and department heads to understand skill gaps and training requirements.
Provide coaching and feedback to employees to support continuous improvement.
Stay updated with current training methodologies, industry practices, and learning trends.
Support onboarding and induction programs for current employees.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
