Job Summary: We are looking for a Communication Team Leader to supervise the hospital communication/front office team and ensure smooth coordination between patients, departments, and hospital staff. The role involves guiding the team, handling patient concerns, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the communication/front office team.
Ensure patients receive timely and accurate information.
Handle patient queries and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with different departments for smooth communication.
Monitor team performance and attendance.
Train team members on communication and customer service.
Maintain a friendly and qualified setting for patients and visitors.
Qualifications
Any graduate, preferably with experience in hospital operations or customer service.
Experience
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in hospital communication, front office, or customer service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Skills
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership and team management.
Problem-solving ability.
Basic computer knowledge.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
