Job Summary

Yash Engineers Electromech Private Limited is looking for a Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying new clients, generating leads, developing client relationships, and converting business opportunities in the MEP, engineering, and construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate current business opportunities through various channels.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, references, and market research.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for suitable solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, company presentations, and business-related documents.
Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, and site visits as required.
Track leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and sales pipeline.
Negotiate with clients and support the team in closing business deals.
Research market trends, competitors,



and potential customers.
Achieve assigned business development and sales targets.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
Positive client handling and relationship management.
Strong follow-up and networking abilities.
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
Knowledge of the MEP/Construction/Engineering industry will be an advantage.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or a related role.

Preferred Experience Experience in MEP, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Engineering Projects, or Construction will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
