Bangalore | 4–7 Years | Full time .

Zoftcorp is looking for a smart, confident, energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive who can take ownership of the complete sales cycle and turn opportunities into revenue.

This is NOT just a lead-generation role.

Key Responsibilities
Follow up with leads from digital marketing, website enquiries and other channels Connect with founders, CEOs, CTOs and decision-makers
Understand requirements and qualify opportunities
Conduct online and face-to-face client meetings
Build relationships and handle follow-ups
Prepare proposals with the technical team
Handle objections and negotiate effectively
Visit clients when required
Own the complete cycle: Lead → Call → Qualification → Meeting → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Technology Understanding:
Basic understanding of website development and technology services is required.
You don't need to be a developer but should be able to understand client requirements and communicate effectively with the technical team.
