Key Responsibilities
Drive business growth and student admissions in the Kanhangad region.
Develop B2B and B2C business opportunities.
Build relationships with schools, colleges, institutions, and partners.
Lead and motivate the sales/admission team.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Monitor leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales performance.
Develop local-market strategies for Kanhangad and nearby areas.
Handle key prospects and support the team in closing admissions.




Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports.
Coordinate with Marketing, Academic, and Operations teams.
Identify recent market opportunities and expansion channels.

Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; MBA is an advantage.
2–5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
EdTech or Education Sales experience preferred.
Proven record of achieving sales targets.
Team-handling experience preferred.
Excellent Malayalam and English communication.
Robust negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel for business development activities.
