We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our inside sales team. This role focuses on acquiring and managing brand partnerships, driving revenue, and building solid client relationships in the e-commerce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard recent brands/clients for the platform
Drive inside sales through calls, emails, and online meetings
Understand client needs and pitch relevant solutions/services
Build and maintain solid relationships with brand stakeholders
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, catalog, etc.) for smooth onboarding and execution
Track sales pipeline and maintain reports in CRM tools
Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.22 per month
Work Location: In person
