About the Role

We are looking for a senior or retired professional from the Freight Forwarding, Customs Broking, or Logistics industry to drive business development and franchisee network growth in Pune.

The ideal candidate should have extensive industry experience, solid knowledge of Customs, CHA, EXIM and Freight Forwarding, and an established network of importers and exporters.

Key Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities in Ocean Freight Forwarding – Imports & Exports.
Generate business through an established network of exporters, importers and industry contacts.
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and business partners.
Identify and develop opportunities in Customs Broking, Chartering and Freight Forwarding.
Explore cross-country business development opportunities.
Support the expansion and growth of the company's franchisee network.
Leverage existing industry relationships to generate new business and revenue.

Must-Have Experience
20+ years of overall industry experience preferred
Strong experience in Business Development
Sound knowledge of:
Ocean Freight Forwarding – Imports & Exports
Customs Broking / CHA
EXIM
Chartering
Cross-Country Business Development
Strong and established network of exporters, importers and logistics industry contacts
Proven ability to generate business through professional networks
