Job Summary The Civil Manager will be responsible for planning, supervising, and managing civil construction, maintenance, renovation, and infrastructure-related activities. The candidate should have 5+ years of relevant experience and be capable of independently handling civil projects, contractors, vendors, and site activities.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, supervise, and monitor civil construction and maintenance activities.
Manage day-to-day civil works across assigned locations.
Review drawings, BOQs, estimates, specifications, and project requirements.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Inspect the quality of construction materials and workmanship.
Verify measurements, work estimates, quotations, and contractor bills.
Monitor project costs and ensure effective utilization of resources.
Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.
Manage repair, renovation, maintenance, and infrastructure development projects.
Identify site-related issues and provide appropriate technical solutions.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials,



and equipment.
Monitor contractors and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Maintain proper documentation of work orders, measurements, quotations, bills, and project records.
Provide regular project updates to management.
Handle multiple civil projects and prioritize activities as per organizational requirements.

Required Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in civil construction, project management, or infrastructure maintenance.
Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, estimation, and quantity measurement.
Experience in contractor and vendor management.
Valuable communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
