Manage and maintain patient/customer records in the CRM system.
Handle patient inquiries, appointments, follow-ups, and feedback.
Build robust relationships with patients and healthcare clients.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other hospital departments.
Track leads, referrals, appointments, and patient interactions.
Conduct follow-up calls to improve patient satisfaction and retention.
Resolve patient complaints and ensure timely service recovery.
Prepare CRM reports and analyze patient/customer data.
Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and patient engagement activities.
Ensure accurate data entry, confidentiality, and compliance with healthcare policies.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
