Role & responsibilities To carry out quality container repairs and maintenance, identify and rectify various types of container damage, and ensure containers are restored to required IICL/ISO standards safely and efficiently.

Preferred candidate profile

Container Structure Knowledge Understanding of major container components.

Damage Identification Ability to identify different types of damage. Repair Skills Welding, cutting, straightening, patching, and panel repairs.

Flooring & Door Repairs – Knowledge of floor, doors, hinges, gaskets, and locking systems.

Roof & Side Panel Repair – Practical repair and replacement knowledge.

Understructure Repair – Knowledge of cross members, rails, corner posts, and fittings.

Repairs and alignment Door, CPA, Container whole unit etc

IICL Awareness – Basic knowledge of IICL repair standards.

Tools & Equipment – Secure and proper use of repair tools and welding equipment.

Quality & Finishing – Ensures proper alignment, workmanship, and finishing.

Safety Awareness – Follows workshop and container repair safety procedures.

Problem Solving – Able to select the correct and economical repair method.
