About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Multi-Skilled Technician to manage day-to-day maintenance, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of building MEP and facility systems in an IT Park.

The ideal candidate should independently handle first-level issues across Electrical, HVAC/AC, Plumbing and General Building Maintenance, while coordinating with specialist vendors for complex work.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical: Inspect panels and electrical systems; troubleshoot lighting, MCB/MCCB trips, loose connections and basic power faults.

HVAC/AC: Perform routine checks and basic troubleshooting; coordinate with HVAC AMC vendors for major issues.

Plumbing: Attend leaks and routine repairs involving water lines, drainage, valves, pumps, taps and sanitary fittings.

General Maintenance: Handle basic repairs related to doors, locks, fixtures, furniture, ceiling/wall issues and minor civil work.

Preventive Maintenance: Follow schedules, complete checklists, maintain logs and identify potential failures.

Breakdown Response: Respond quickly to complaints, diagnose first-level faults, restore operations and escalate critical issues.

Fire & Life Safety: Conduct basic visual checks and coordinate with fire-system vendors for faults and servicing.





Vendor & AMC Coordination: Monitor vendor attendance, service completion and maintenance records.

Documentation: Maintain daily logs, breakdown/complaint registers, PM checklists, AMC records and equipment readings.

Candidate Requirements

ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or related technical field.

4–7 years of relevant building maintenance / facility management experience.

Strong practical electrical troubleshooting skills with working knowledge of HVAC/AC, plumbing and general maintenance.

Experience in IT Parks, commercial buildings, hotels, hospitals, malls or large residential complexes preferred.

Basic knowledge of BMS, DG, UPS, fire-fighting systems, pumps and commercial MEP systems is an advantage.

Willingness to work in shifts / rotational schedules if required.

Quick to respond, safety-conscious and dependable.

Able to work independently and communicate professionally with tenants and vendors.

Takes ownership of issues and knows when specialist intervention is required.

Significant Hiring Note

We are not looking for a technician who is only an electrician or AC technician. The preferred candidate must have practical working knowledge of Electrical + HVAC/AC + Plumbing + General Building Maintenance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
