Summary

We are looking for a senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Architect to own end-to-end functional design across Customer Engagement (CRM) implementation, migration, and upgrade projects. The ideal candidate leads business process architecture, fit-gap analysis, and functional solution design, translating complex business requirements into scalable Dynamics 365 solutions, and provides functional leadership to consultants across the engagement.

Key Responsibilities

•

Own the end-to-end functional solution design for Dynamics 365 CE engagements.

•

Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and business process architecture across Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service.

•





Translate business processes into best-practice Dynamics 365 functional designs and solution blueprints.

•

Define functional standards, guide configuration decisions, and ensure solution coherence across workstreams.

•

Author and review functional specifications and solution documentation.

•

Facilitate workshops, solution demonstrations, and stakeholder alignment sessions.

•

Provide functional guidance and mentoring to functional consultants.

Required Skills and Experience

•

16+ years in IT, with 12+ years hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics 365 in functional roles.

•

Deep functional expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service).

•

Proven track record owning functional solution design on large CE implementations, migrations, and upgrades.

•

Expert in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and business process mapping.

•

Strong configuration knowledge: workflows, business rules, forms, dashboards, and security roles.

•

Experience with Power Platform from a functional perspective: Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI.

•

Strong understanding of data migration and integration from a functional and validation.
