Role Description This is a full-time Motion Graphic Designer role based in New Delhi with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility.

The Motion Graphic

Designer will create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video assets to support marketing, corporate communication, and client-facing materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing design ideas, storyboarding, designing visual elements, and producing motion content aligned with brand guidelines and project objectives.



The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, refining drafts based on feedback, and ensuring timely delivery of all digital and video assets.

The Motion Graphic

Designer will also help optimize content for various digital platforms and maintain organized project files and asset libraries.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Motion Design and Motion Graphics skills for creating engaging animated content.
- Candidates should possess Video Production skills, including basic editing, compositing, and exporting formats for different platforms.
- Candidates should possess Graphic Design and Graphics skills for developing visually consistent layouts, illustrations, and digital assets.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent) is highly beneficial.
- Relevant education in design, animation, media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is preferred.
- Ability to interpret briefs, work within brand guidelines, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a hybrid work environment is expected.
- Strong attention to detail, visual storytelling ability, and effective communication skills will be advantageous.
