Key Responsibilities:

- Perform preventive maintenance as per schedule on injection molding machines such as Sumitomo, Nissei, Fanuc, Matsui, etc.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults in molding machines.
- Handle breakdown maintenance effectively to minimize machine downtime.
- Maintain and service auxiliary equipment such as Mold Temperature Controllers, Chillers, Dryers, and Robots.
- Ensure machine alignment, platen parallelism, and clamping force settings are maintained as per standards.
- Calibrate and inspect servo motors, heaters, sensors, and hydraulic valves.
- Maintain maintenance checklists, logbooks, and machine downtime records.
- Participate in Kaizen, TPM, 5S, and energy-saving activities.
- Support installation and commissioning of new injection molding machines.
- Conduct breakdown analysis and identify root causes to prevent recurring failures.

• Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure smooth machine operation and production continuity.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 4 - 6 years of hands-on experience in injection molding machine maintenance.




- Good understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical panels, and PLC systems.
- Hands-on experience with injection molding machine brands such as Sumitomo, Nissei, Fanuc, Matsui, Kanetsu, etc.
- Knowledge of TPM, OEE, Preventive Maintenance, and Breakdown Maintenance.
- Good analytical and diagnostic skills for breakdown and root cause analysis.
- Ability to follow maintenance SOPs and safety standards.
- Valuable team coordination and documentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and in shifts.
