JD for Assitant Mananger /Manager Project Civil Execution

We are looking for a Project Civil Execution qualified with strong hands-on experience in Concrete Works, PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) Works, and Finishing Works. The role involves end-to-end site execution, coordination with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

Concrete Works
Execute and supervise RCC works including foundations, footings, columns, beams, slabs, and pavements
Ensure correct implementation of drawings, mix designs, shuttering, reinforcement, and concreting
Coordinate with QA/QC for cube tests, slump tests, and quality compliance
Monitor curing methods and structural integrity

PEB Works
Oversee PEB structure erection, including columns, rafters, purlins, bracings, and sheeting
Coordinate with PEB vendors, fabrication teams, and erection contractors
Ensure alignment, bolt tightening, welding, and safety compliance
Monitor progress as per approved shop drawings and schedules

Finishing Works
Supervise finishing activities such as flooring, plastering, painting, waterproofing, cladding, doors & windows




Ensure workmanship quality and adherence to approved materials and specifications
Coordinate with MEP teams to avoid rework during finishing stages

Project Execution & Coordination
Prepare daily progress reports, execution plans, and manpower deployment
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors
Track project milestones, timelines, and cost control
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory norms

Desired Skills & Competencies
Robust knowledge of RCC execution, PEB structures, and finishing works
Ability to read and interpret GFC drawings and shop drawings
Valuable understanding of construction sequences and site logistics
Robust communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD (basic) preferred

Qualification
B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience: 615 Years
Location: Mumbai Mahape

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in Datacenters; Airports/Commercial /industrial/warehouses, factories, buildings,
Strong site execution mindset with problem-solving abilities
Willingness to work at project sites
