We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and customer-focused CRM Executive who can effectively handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and convert enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries and convert enquiries/leads into successful sales through effective follow-up and communication.
Follow up with existing and potential customers to understand their requirements and generate sales opportunities.
Maintain and regularly update customer and sales data in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the Sales team for leads, enquiries, quotations, orders, and customer requirements.
Track sales leads, enquiries, quotations, orders, and pending follow-ups.
Make regular follow-up calls to customers and ensure timely closure of enquiries.
Identify potential customers and generate repeat business through relationship management.




Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer queries and ensure smooth order processing.
Maintain strong and professional relationships with customers.
Prepare daily/weekly sales and CRM reports.
Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.

Candidate Profile
Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM, Sales Coordination, Telecalling, Customer Support, or a similar sales-related role.
Proven ability to convert customer enquiries into sales.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
Target-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
