Commercial Kitchen Equipment Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities
Installation, servicing and preventive maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment.
Troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, refrigeration and control-system issues.
Service and repair of combi ovens, dishwashers, induction equipment, fryers, burners, refrigeration equipment, ice machines and other kitchen appliances.
Attend customer service calls and complete breakdown repairs professionally.
Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) and AMC service visits.
Prepare service reports, identify spare-parts requirements and provide technical recommendations.
Coordinate with customers and the service coordinator for site visits and work completion.
Travel to customer locations across Kerala as required.

Required Skills
ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical,



Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or related field.
2+ years of experience in commercial kitchen equipment service preferred.
Valuable knowledge of electrical wiring, motors, sensors, controllers and refrigeration systems.
Ability to read electrical diagrams and troubleshoot equipment.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel and work at different customer sites.
Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.

Salary ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and technical skills.
