Contact prospective and existing customers using the company-provided database.
Introduce the company, its products and services professionally.
Understand customers’ current and upcoming requirements.
Generate customer interest and schedule confirmed meetings for the sales team.
Conduct regular follow-ups with interested and potential customers.
Confirm customer appointments before the scheduled meeting time.
Share complete customer and meeting details with the assigned sales representative.
Handle customer enquiries, feedback and basic complaints professionally.
Coordinate with the sales, operations and concerned departments for timely resolution.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, meetings and customer responses.
Update the CRM or customer tracking sheet daily.
Build and maintain positive, long-term customer relationships.
Submit daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
