Commercial Manager Jewellery

Location: Noida Sector 50

Industry: Luxury Jewellery – Polki, Kundan, Jadau, Diamond & Gold

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily commercial and operational activities of the jewellery showroom.
Handle billing, cash/card/UPI reconciliation, customer advances, refunds and discounts.
Monitor stock, inventory movement, physical verification and stock reconciliation.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales, stock and commercial MIS.
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Inventory and Management teams.
Monitor customer orders, repairs, returns and exchanges.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company SOPs.
Support audits and identify any financial or stock discrepancies.
Monitor discounts,



expenses and overall commercial profitability.
Maintain strict control over high-value jewellery transactions.

Requirements
5–8 years of experience in jewellery retail/commercial operations.
Jewellery industry experience is preferred.
Valuable knowledge of Gold, Diamond, Polki, Kundan & Jadau.
Robust MS Excel, MIS, reconciliation and inventory management skills.
Experience with POS/ERP or jewellery billing software.
Robust analytical, communication and coordination skills.
High level of integrity, accuracy and responsibility.
