MNC BPO is hiring Customer Service / Technical Support / Sales Executives for its Tech CS process in Jaipur.

The role involves handling customer queries through Voice, Chat & Email, providing basic technical troubleshooting, resolving customer issues, and driving upselling/cross-selling opportunities.

Salary
11.5 Years: 42,000/month package
1.52 Years: 44,000/month package
2+ Years: 46,000/month package

Eligibility
Graduation mandatory
1+ year of experience in Customer Service / Technical Support / Sales / International BPO
International BPO experience preferred
Excellent English communication skills
Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge
Solid customer handling and sales skills
