Key Responsibilities
Infection Control: Enforce strict sterilization and decontamination standards to prevent surgical site infections.
Workflow Management: Oversee the unidirectional flow of instruments from decontamination and washing to assembly and autoclaving.
Staff Supervision: Train and lead CSSD technicians and support staff on equipment handling.
Inventory Control: Ensure accurate tracking, documentation, and timely delivery of surgical trays to the OR
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
