About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and communication-focused Educational Counsellor to guide students, understand their educational requirements, and help them choose suitable courses and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with students through calls and WhatsApp.
Understand students educational goals and requirements.
Provide counselling and information about suitable courses and programs.
Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions/enrolments.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Build a valuable relationship with students and provide timely support.
Coordinate with the internal team regarding student enquiries and admissions.

Requirements




Valuable communication skills in English and Kannada.
Confident and comfortable speaking with students over calls.
Valuable convincing and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Candidates should be target-oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

Performance Expectations
Candidates are expected to actively follow up with leads and work towards achieving monthly conversion targets.
Performance will be reviewed regularly based on calling, follow-ups, and conversions.
