Procurement Cost Transformation
Identify and deliver cost-saving prospects across procurement categories
Support development and execution of category strategies and sourcing initiatives
Drive RFx processes, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contracting
Contribute to cost reduction programs and value realization tracking

Procurement Analysis & Problem Solving
Analyze spend data, supplier base, and procurement processes
Identify inefficiencies and opportunity areas for savings
Structure problems and develop data-driven insights and recommendations

Project Delivery & Stakeholder Management




Work on client-facing procurement transformation projects
Collaborate with procurement, finance, and business stakeholders
Create clear and structured presentations for clients
Manage assigned workstreams with ownership and accountability

Profile Description:

Experience
4 to 6 years of total experience years in procurement Transformation (industry or consulting)
1–2 years in consulting or procurement cost transformation projects
Hands-on experience in sourcing, negotiations, and cost reduction initiatives

Supplier negotiations and contracting
RFQ / RFx processes
Procurement cost optimization levers
Supplier relationship management
