We are looking for a motivated, confident, and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to handle customer interactions, generate leads, provide information about company products/services, and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a target-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
Maintain accurate customer records and regularly update databases.
Handle customer queries and complaints politely and effectively.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding client requirements and follow-ups.
Maintain proper call records, follow-up details, and reports.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Requirements




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Solid convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Customer-focused and qualified approach.
Ability to handle queries confidently and politely.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or real estate will be an added advantage,and freshers can also apply.
