Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate information about products/services.
Follow up with existing and prospective customers through phone calls.
Understand customer requirements and resolve basic queries or complaints.
Maintain records of customer calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and outcomes.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Make follow-up calls to leads and update their status.
Achieve assigned call, follow-up, customer service, and conversion targets.
Maintain a polite, positive, and qualified communication style.
Escalate complex customer complaints to the appropriate department.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
