About the team and role: To develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth, increase brand visibility, support sales teams, and strengthen relationships with diagnostic laboratories, hospitals, clinicians, and channel partners.

Key responsibilities:
Develop and implement annual marketing plans for diagnostic products and services.
Design and execute product launch strategies and promotional campaigns.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation.
Work closely with sales teams to generate leads and improve customer engagement.
Build solid relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), laboratory heads, clinicians, and hospital management.
Organize CMEs, workshops, conferences, webinars, and scientific promotional activities.
Develop marketing materials including brochures, presentations, digital content, and product literature.
Track product performance, market share, campaign effectiveness, and ROI.
Coordinate with principals, vendors,



and internal teams for product positioning and marketing support.
Identify current business opportunities and recommend strategies for market expansion.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical marketing practices.
Prepare monthly marketing reports, forecasts, and business reviews.

Must haves:
5–10 years of experience in diagnostic, medical device, or healthcare marketing.
Experience in IVD, pathology, molecular diagnostics, or laboratory solutions is preferred.
