Job Summary

We are looking for Jr. / Sr. Draughtsmen with strong experience in architectural working drawings, BMC drawings, AutoCAD, and Mumbai development regulations. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate drawings, supporting project documentation, and coordinating with clients and project teams as required.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and modify architectural working drawings as per project requirements.
Prepare and review BMC drawings and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Work on drawings in accordance with DCPR 2034 / applicable Development Control Regulations for Greater Mumbai.
Prepare and interpret Pre-DCR drawings and related documentation.
Develop detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
Perform TDR calculations and support related project documentation.
Ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated, and compliant with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and other project stakeholders for drawing-related requirements.
Attend meetings/discussions with clients and follow up on requirements, wherever required.




Incorporate revisions and ensure timely submission of drawings.

Candidate Profile
Undergraduate/Graduate qualification from a recognized university/institution.
2- 15 years of relevant experience in an architectural firm.

Mumbai Development Control Regulations
Candidates with hands-on experience in residential and commercial projects in Mumbai will be preferred.
Good understanding of architectural drafting standards and drawing coordination.
Robust attention to detail and ability to work within project timelines.
Positive communication and coordination skills.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in AutoCAD and Mumbai-specific architectural drawings, with good knowledge of BMC requirements, DCPR 2034, Pre-DCR, TDR calculations, and working drawings. Candidates from architectural firms with experience handling Mumbai-based residential/commercial projects will be preferred.
