About the Role

We are looking for a qualified, reliable, and experienced Personal Driver to the Co-Founder. The candidate will be responsible for providing protected, comfortable, and timely transportation for the Co-Founder while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
Drive the Co-Founder safely to and from meetings, the office, business events, and other destinations as required.
Ensure timely arrival and departure based on the Co-Founder’s schedule.
Maintain the vehicle in clean and good operating condition.
Conduct basic checks of the vehicle, including fuel, tyres, oil, and other essential requirements.
Plan routes and use navigation tools to ensure effective travel and avoid delays.
Maintain complete discretion and confidentiality regarding the Co-Founder’s schedule, conversations, and business-related activities.
Assist with luggage, documents, or other items when required.
Coordinate with the Co-Founder regarding daily travel schedules and requirements.




Ensure compliance with all traffic rules and road safety regulations.
Be flexible with working hours based on business requirements.
Handle local and outstation travel when required.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as a personal, executive, corporate, or family driver.
Valid driving licence with a clean driving record.
Robust knowledge of Pune city and surrounding areas.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional, well-mannered, punctual, and trustworthy.
Comfortable using Google Maps/navigation applications.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Experience driving premium/luxury vehicles will be an added advantage.
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel outstation when required.

Preferred Candidate
Prior experience working with senior executives, founders, CXOs, or high-profile individuals.
References from previous employers.
Police/background verification.
Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

License/Certification
Driving Licence (Preferred)
