Position: Customer Service Associate (International Voice Process)

Salary: 4.5 LPA 5.5 LPA*

Shift: Night Shift

Working Days: 5 Working Days + 2 Rotational Offs

Transportation: Both-Side Cab/Transportation Provided

*Salary will be based on experience, communication skills, and interview performance.

Must have excellent communication skills in English

Non-BPO Experience: 50% weightage
Excellent verbal/voice communication is a must

Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Associate, you will:
Handle customer interactions with a polite, skilled, and positive approach




Understand customer concerns and provide effective resolutions
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team whenever required
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using Amazon tools
Respond to customer emails within defined timelines
Consistently meet productivity, quality, and Average Handle Time (AHT) targets
Follow company policies, processes, procedures, and available resources
Identify recurring customer issues and share insights for process improvement
Maintain a solid sense of urgency, ownership, and customer focus
