Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive overall experience with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media channels.
Identify customer needs, research answers, and guide users through step-by-step solutions or troubleshooting steps.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolution details within our CRM system.
Escalate complex technical or operational issues to the appropriate internal teams while monitoring progress to completion.




Gather customer feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams to help improve product offerings and support processes.

Qualifications & Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
1 years of experience in customer service, helpdesk support, or a related client-facing role.
Solid written and verbal communication skills with an active listening mindset.
Proven problem-solving ability and strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk) and standard office software.
