Key Responsibilities
Partner

Coordination & Support
Act as a frontline contact for aggregator partners for daily operational queries.
Assist in onboarding current partners, sharing required documents, and enabling system access.
Ensure timely updates on product changes, process guidelines, and communication decks.
Lead & Policy Processing
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead flow, proposal creation, and policy issuance.
Track status of leads shared by aggregators and ensure timely follow?ups.
Support reconciliation of issued policies, pending cases, and dropped leads.
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of partner performance, daily transactions, and MIS reports.
Generate periodic reports on lead conversion, funnel metrics, and operational KPIs.
Ensure data accuracy, timely updates, and strong documentation discipline.
Issue

Resolution
Log, track, and resolve partner issues related to system errors, document gaps, payment concerns, or policy status.
Coordinate with underwriting, operations, finance, and tech teams to close issues within timelines.
Escalate critical or unresolved issues to senior team members.
Compliance & Process Adherence
Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, documentation requirements, and internal controls.




Maintain audit?ready records for partner interactions and policy processing.
Support quality checks on documentation, proposals, and system entries.
Relationship

Support
Support relationship managers by preparing decks, reports, and performance summaries.
Participate in review meetings and assist with follow?ups, action trackers, and communication.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or related fields.
Freshers or up to 2 years of experience in insurance operations, sales coordination, or partner servicing.

Experience
Prior exposure to insurance distribution, digital aggregators, BFSI customer service, or sales support is an advantage.
Knowledge of insurance basics (life/non?life) preferred but not mandatory.

Skills & Competencies
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Basic understanding of Excel, reporting tools, and data handling.
Solid attention to detail and documentation discipline.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain timelines.
Customer?centric attitude with proactive problem?solving.
Willingness to learn insurance processes, products, and partner models.
